Shipping Costs
We offer free standard delivery across mainland UK on all divan beds and mattresses. For deliveries outside mainland UK or special requests (e.g. timed delivery), additional charges may apply—please contact us prior to placing your order.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

All products are made to order. We’ll be in touch within 48 hours of your purchase to confirm your delivery details and provide an estimated delivery window.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to high demand or courier delays. If so, we’ll keep you fully informed.
Delivery Process

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Prior to dispatch, you’ll receive a text/email to confirm your delivery slot. Please leave your number on the order so we can arrange delivery.

On the day of delivery, our courier will contact you with an estimated time of arrival.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or contact us in advance to reschedule.
Missed or Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available or access issues, a redelivery charge may apply. Please ensure all access instructions are clear at checkout.

We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only. If you're unsure about delivery to your area, contact us before placing your order.
